Jen, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the wonderful story. I loved the character interaction and the visual detais in so many parts of the story (Carson's cup of coffee and donut in the mess hall; checking up on Rodney; football (US style) in the mess hall). And the whumping was good, too. Thanks!

Nothing beats some good, old-fashioned whump! Excellent use of whump technique, with everything lovingly described in full, technicolor detail! Thanks for writing this satisfying story.

Loved it - especially the characterisations, the banter, and the way Carson and Rodney get John at the end!! This one is going in my 'to read again' file for sure!
